Details on Move-in Scheduling: After applicant is approved, we then may then proceed with scheduling of the move-in inspection and future tenant taking possession. This... process can take a few days, so please plan for wiggle room until the move-in inspection is scheduled. Specific move-in date will be established after a tenant has been approved, reservation fee has been paid, and scheduling has begun.
