I've really enjoyed living here. The location is great, and the property is generally quiet and well kept. The new management company has been doing a good job communicating with residents and staying on top of maintenance issues. David has been around for years and has always been helpful whenever something needed attention. It's been great to see him working so well with the new management team. Overall, it's a great place to live.

Love my apartment!
I can't see myself living anywhere but here! It's right in the middle of everything in Buckhead. Maintenance has been on time with new management. Any time I’ve had a question, management has been quick to get back to me. Just a very comfortable place to live.

Great location
New management at the beginning of this year has done a great job maintaining what was already a great place to live. They kept David onboard which was a good move on their part, he was one of the best parts of this place prior to the change. Location is amazing in the heart of Buckhead, can get to anything in just minutes. Very quiet complex. Will be renewing my lease, new management cares about this place and made me feel comfortable and at ease with the change.
