This room shares a bathroom... with one other housemate. There will be three people total in the house, including me and my sweet indoor/outdoor cat.
The house has an updated kitchen with a gas stove, in-home laundry, enclosed porch, large backyard, composting, and free street parking.
It’s close to the Westside BeltLine, Kroger, Westview Corner Grocery, Lee + White, parks and trails, with easy access to I-20. West Lake and West End MARTA stations are both about an 8-minute drive away, and the 68 and 71 bus lines stop within walking distance.
This is an energy-conscious, strictly non-smoking home, and unfortunately there’s no space for additional pets.
I live upstairs in a somewhat separate part of the house with my own bedroom, bathroom, and office, and I work from home.
I’m hoping for a friendly, relaxed household where people are comfortable doing their own thing but occasionally share a meal or hang out. I like hosting house check-ins so we can coordinate chores and solve small frictions before they become big issues.
I keep the common spaces clean and occasionally have friends over for dinners or small gatherings, but this is not a party house.
