A lady name Christina is very rude and unprofessional. She continues to argue back and forth with guest and doesn’t listen. While explaining to her what happen she asked me to leave and refused to give me any information to get the issue resolved and stated that she will move me if she has to. She repeatedly got hostile with me in front of another employee and told me that she didn’t have to assist me because I was a guest.
