The receptionist was super duper nice to me, W worker and she deserves a raise. When I moved in though there was mold in the bathroom on the wall, ceiling, and shower. Not a large amount but still not exactly nice to see on move in day. Everything else was fine and fairly clean besides some dust but I just expected units to be cleaned before renters arrived. I submitted a work request just today (5/6/29) so ig we'll see when that gets fixed.

I have seen how the apartment is and from what I heard from my roommate she said she loves it there, only problem was bugs and how it was very dusty when she moved in.

If I wasn’t a college student, I would never choose to live here. It was the cheapest place I could find for the amenities I needed (furnished) but now it’s not the cheapest out there. I’d recommend somewhere else if you are considering this place.
