I have loved living at The Reserve! Now that there have been some changes to the front office staff, I feel like the overall experience of living here has improved greatly. Everyone is very friendly and easy to communicate with. I also love the maintenance team. They are always quick and efficient if I ever have a concern. Plus, you can’t beat the affordable rent and updated utilities.

The receptionist was super duper nice to me, W worker and she deserves a raise. When I moved in though there was mold in the bathroom on the wall, ceiling, and shower. Not a large amount but still not exactly nice to see on move in day. Everything else was fine and fairly clean besides some dust but I just expected units to be cleaned before renters arrived. I submitted a work request just today (5/6/29) so ig we'll see when that gets fixed.
