My son moved into his apartment yesterday. I was appalled at the condition of this apartment. It was filthy dirty, there was mold on the window frames as well as the air conditioning vent, the tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, spider webs, filthy walls, never repainted, nothing was clean. There were dead bugs under the sink, garbage left outside the unit in an overflowing pail full of water. Totally disgusting. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on the condition... of my kids apartment. I have pictures if you'd like to see them.

We apologize for the negative experience. In regard to your son's room not being cleaned or painted, he agreed to accept his room in "As Is" condition. "As Is" condition means that we do not clean or paint the room. In addition, your son was... given the opportunity to view the unit beforehand and not agree to take the unit "As Is" after viewing it.
