I love living at the River club townhomes! I feel like service requests are slow and usually don’t fix the issue completely (we have asked to get a sliding door fixed that still falls off the railing, our water heater was replaced but left outside for weeks, etc.) other than that I have zero complaints! I love it here!

I feel like the comllex is good but my unit in particular is very old and had a lot of ceiling issue. Plus I had issues with renewing my lease as well. Otherwise good experience.

no problem living here! the only thing is that it’s a tad out of date (expected) and i have some trouble with mail sometimes and packages getting delivered. but other than that it’s great!

I have been living here for the past year and a half now and overall my experience here at RiverClub has been great. The community here is very friendly and the area itself is calm and quiet.
