I have visited the property more than once. Each time, the grounds are very clean and the shrubbs were manicured.

Additionally, Ms. Tammy is so nice and helpful. I toured the model apartment while Ms. Tammy provided information about the apartments, the community and the surrounding areas.

I recommend the community for all Students in Athens.

Having been lived here for over 3 years and had a great experience. This place is in a great location near the university but also offers a quiet living environment. The service is excellent as well. The property manager and maintenance staff are personable, responsive, and highly professional.

We have been living in Athens Highlands for almost two years. Because of some old and bad experiences, we were worried but I can never forget the day we came to our apartment. It was perfectly cleaned and looked nice.

Here is the greatest place to live in Athens. The apartments are very comfortable and in a good location. There are many cabinets in the apartment. I also need to say that people are very nice. During the time we spend here, all of the maintenance requirements were fixed... immediately. And Tammy is a perfect manager. She is always very helpful and kind.
