noise and inconsiderate neighbors

this place is very cheaply built. the walls and floors are super thin. i can hear the neighbors beside me playing music on their subwoofer loud enough to make out the song and hear the bass through my walls. it sucks when you are trying to relax or sleep. and i can hear their conversations. the neighbor above is also inconsiderate and makes noise all day. management is bad at answering the phones and when going to the office they barely acknowledge you. i expected more from this place especially... since it is not cheap to live here.

Don't rent here if you enjoy sleeping

I have lived here for 3 years. While the apartment itself is very nice, along with the amenities, etc. there are some standout things that make this apartment complex very annoying to live in.
First, it seems like every winter, we have a rash of early morning (1-3am) fire alarms. Last year, there were at least 30 false alarms over the course of a couple months. Forsyth FD confirmed this.
Second, the courtyard echos like a cave, and when some of the residents decide it's fun to talk at 1am, it...
reverberates up to the 3rd floor, and you can hear them through your closed windows. I will give the office some credit, they did send out an email saying that loud activity during quiet hours is against the leasing agreement, but to no effect. While writing this, there are 2 people talking in the courtyard while smoking (also against the lease agreement).
Third, I hope you like cramped parking garages, because we've got one. Massive trucks and SUVs stick out making it impossible for 2 cars to pass safely in some areas.

Great place

I have been at this apartment complex for three years. This year has been very impactful during the stay because of the wonderful staff. Karla is very friendly with the property staff and it’s the residents. This community has so many amenities that are great for the community.

Do not rent here

They allow aggressive dog breeds
Had 2 violent dogs attack me and my dog and these viscous dogs remain living here.
They’re solution- nothing
Multiple dogs off leash all the time
Management has lots of turnover

Nice but not secure

Pros: nice amenities, great location, luxury interior, hi tech mailroom, valet trash service

Cons:
1. Not gated - every community nearby is gated including ones cheaper than this community. Luxury also means secure and gated
2. Poorly lit Main Street and inside community
3. Nothing in the immediate vicinity of community…just woods and a dark street
4. Visitor access is poorly orchestrated
5. Common pool area is open access; not gated in surrounding area of pool
6. Cars have been vandalized due...
to no secure access to garage
7. Minimum community events

Community changed management companies after living here for a year….seems community has lost a bit of its luster….
