Living in this apartment complex has been a constant source of stress, discomfort, and frustration.
To start, the air conditioning in our unit has never worked properly. The master bedroom receives little to no airflow, and despite multiple complaints, the issue has not been fixed. Maintenance’s only suggestion was to close other vents, which did nothing.
Worse yet, maintenance entered our apartment without any notice or permission. This is an unacceptable invasion of privacy and left my... partner and me feeling extremely violated. Since then, we no longer feel safe or secure in our own home.
