Over the years, this place seems to not be taken care of in the best way. Hallways always smell like dog, the management team is horrible. Honestly, we stayed so long because of the wonderful maintenance team who handled issues promptly. We used to have nice community events and now when they have them there’s never enough food and they just allow non-residents use the pool. I was on great terms with the leasing team until it got closer towards the end of my lease, just dismissive and act like... I’m inconvenience.Instead of fixing issues, they just repaint over them. They also love to get you to sign a lease and then just forget about you after that. So, if you like garbage everywhere and a bunch of non-residents in the pool, this is a perfect place for you. I love my apartment; however, I wish I could pick it up and move it to somewhere else. The residents there drive like idiots in the parking garage. The property management team make promises they do not intend to follow through with. Work orders are put in, and marked completed when they were never done to begin with. To try and get in touch with someone over the phone is a joke. I already knew 6 months in, I was not going to renew because I never had the worst experience at an apartment place... in my life and it is a shame because like I said the apartments on the inside are beautiful. But if you are looking for anything outside of that, you will not find it living here. When they first opened and came out, everything was great because I was actually interested then on moving in. Property was clean, residents were nice, no issues with the gates with the parking garage, etc. It has turned into a complete 180. I recently visited the RiZE apartment complex to visit my nephew. I was so impressed with the complex that I decided to go on a tour. Mandy was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to. She is very knowledgeable, and would be a major part of my decision if I decide to move there. Kudos to Mandy, and the RiZE management for hiring her.

Somos nuevos inquilinos, pero con lo poco que estuvimos en el complejo nos encantó! Desde las amenities hasta la ubicación el complejo tiene todo (y más) de lo que uno puede necesitar.
Además, la atención que recibimos de la oficina de alquiler fue excelente en todo momento. El primer día que nos acercamos al complejo no teníamos ningún appointment. Aún así, la asistente del management de la propiedad, Betsy, nos invitó a pasar a su oficina y respondió todas las preguntas que teníamos. Desde... aquel día, ella nos acompañó paso a paso con toda nuestra aplicación con la mejor de las voluntades, siempre atenta y dispuesta. Incluso, una de las veces, la asistente estuvo tanto tiempo con nosotros que dejó de lado su horario de almuerzo solo para ayudarnos. También estuvo ayudándonos Sebastian, quien no solo nos acompaño y explico distintos factores del complejo, sino que también nos dio varios consejos y con la mejor predisposición.

Horrible experience. If you have kids, don't rent anywhere but first floor. Neighbors downstairs will complain of toddlers making noise. Animals not advisable too. You would be responsible to change all the carpets regardless of anything if you move out. There is often dog poop in the hallways with threats for dogs owners to remove it. There was a "little"problem with ants coming from the balcony door during our 2 year stay , so be aware whether you would like to live with them. Definitely not... Luxurious stay and the place is way overrated.
