This is by far the best community in Winter Springs. The grounds and apartments are well kept and the staff is super friendly! They are willing to go above and beyond to make sure your living experience is perfect

I have been living at Legends for almost 3 years and enjoy every minute. The office is fantastic, they really get to know you and treat you as family. They put together fun events and even started having food trucks come! The office ladies are very sweet and will make sure your questions get an answer. Love how on top of it they are with texts, emails, and phone calls. Maintenance works SO hard and attends to every need. They always find a solution to get something fixed. What people need to... understand is sometimes they need to order parts so it may take longer but the issue will be resolved. They work hard in the heat and so thankful for all they do.
