Sorrento apartments is an excellent place to live! I’ve been living here for 2years in November… I renewed my lease ! All of the workers here from management to maintenance are wonderful and very helpful! Maintenance … they are quick to take care of any issue that may arise. The pools are kept very clean…the grounds are kept clean and groomed . I also love that the stores from supermarket to clothes are right across the street I can literally just walk there. There is always dog waste everywhere, everywhere! The washers are always out of service and dont drain half the time so you have to pay to wash again. When you call for maintenance for anything, it will not be fixed the first time correctly or at all. Rent keeps increasing for an old apt that has had a cosmetic only update, and the price is not worth the apt.

First I would say this is a very safe and quiet apartment. The maintenance guys are amazing! They are always fast with coming to help out whenever we put a work order in and they are polite and I feel safe around them. They are always looking out for everyone. The front office people are really nice and we have never had any problems with management. The apartments are nice on the inside and whenever you move in they give you new carpet and paint so that’s nice ! The only bad thing is they... don’t have laundry in the units but they have 4 on property and they are all very clean. I wish they had a gym , but there are several close . The staff is very nice , I would recommend .

I and my family were living in a mobile home that was awful. The landlord refuses to fix the holes in the walls and floors. As well as other horrible living conditions. And the rent was being increased every year in large amounts. My friend told me about Sorrento Apartments where she lived. After calling the front office, I knew that this was where we wanted to move to. The ladies in the front office are so sweet and helpful. So we moved in at the beginning of October. We discovered the back... porch light, and the overhead light on the stove were out. And the towel rack in the bathroom was loose. When we called to report these items, we were in great shock when maintenance knocked on the door 10 minutes later. All of the staff here are friendly and professional. It is an absolute joy to chat with them. You can see the care and love that all of the staff put into the complex from the grass, sidewalks, laundry mats, and even some great decorations during the holidays.
