water coming from A/C unit created mold in walls and floor. management aware of this issue for over a year and still no definitive fix.

I have lived here for 10 months now. We have had multiple break-ins. Outside doors are often unlocked and there are no security cameras. There are two stray cats that live in the garage and scratch up people’s cars. This has been reported to management multiple times and they will do nothing about it. The hallway has been vacuumed once in the 10 months that I’ve lived here. The fitness room is so filthy you don’t want to touch it and the treadmill has been broken for six months now. The trash... room is close to the entrance from the garage and smells so bad it’s embarrassing. It also attracts bugs. The management staff is only worried about whether you’ve brought your trash can in on time. Endless emails about that. They don’t fix anything or seem to care.

An excellent place for retirees - you can walk to virtually everything you need! We hardly ever drive much anymore, which we love.

The rent is very high especially when the property needs ALOT of work. The noise from construction at Winter Park Village is loud.
