I only lived here for one year, but I really liked my apartment. I would've stayed longer, but I got a better job upstate. 6 months into my lease someone new bought the place, and the transition to new management was actually pretty smooth. They did a good job cleaning the place up and making it a desirable place to live. They also installed a dog park for my little terrier. Would recommend!

I loved Aqua! It was a great place to be and I really enjoyed it. The new management remodeled the whole place and now it's absolutely stunning, would highly recommend!!!

the worst place I've ever live at. those people don't know how to do Business, they don't know how to treat customers. they towed my car and my brother's car twice because they can't provide parking for both of them. We rent two bedroom and two bathroom, they only give us 1 parking lot. The guardian was not friendly to us, they treat us like the money we are giving to them we didn.t work hard for it. we were in a contract for 1 year and we cancel the contract after 6 months. it looks like their... father had that apartment and their father died and leave it for them but they don't have any experience for that.
