My experience since moving into Prose Avalon Pointe on July 27th has been deeply frustrating. Upon move-in, the central AC was entirely non-functional and remained down for 9 days, finally being resolved on August 4th. Because this is a two-bedroom apartment, the single portable unit provided by management was entirely inadequate for the space. When I purchased a second unit to keep the apartment habitable in the Florida heat, management refused reimbursement under the rationale that I "should... have asked" for a second unit—despite no prior communication regarding their emergency procedures.
Furthermore, the onsite property manager is new (with less than two months on the property as per what I was told) and lacked the authority to approve basic resolutions, necessitating escalation. I first reached out to the regional property manager via email on July 30th regarding these expenses, the resulting high utility bills, and persistent outages with the mandatory community Wi-Fi and cable services.
Unfortunately, communication from regional management has been nonexistent, and I have been completely ghosted from the beginning. A luxury price tag should come with functional amenities and basic accountability. Prospective residents should look elsewhere until management takes tenant concerns seriously. Read More

En términos generales creo que me he sentido muy bien acá, en un par de ocasiones algunas pequeñas incomodidades provenientes del actuar de algunos residentes pero bien manejadas por el personal administrativo del conjunto.

My experience has improved 100%, I had an issue with some neighbors but thank’s to the great menager this community has she improved my experience and I can honestly say that I love being here. Also a shout out to our maintenance team!

The community is well located but the management is not efficient to solve the matters and doesn’t take proper actions regarding rules nor followed. Everyday I see dogs without leash, cars not parked properly and garbage cans the whole day outside.

The office staff is polite and professional. They’re prompt in response time whenever contacted. This community is quiet, friendly, and peaceful.
