The team is very responsive with any needs, I appreciate the new manager Valeria in her communication and Jose who is the supervisor is always able to answer any concerns I have. They along with the whole team have been fantastic!

Current resident. This is not a luxury apartment as claimed. There is no luxury here at Braxton. The office staff never answers phone you have to go over there only to see someone sitting right there. Maintenance issues. Sinks starts to smell with water coming out. Bugs and mice in apartment. My car was stolen brand new BMW right in front of my apartment at the back of the complex by pet park. Management could care less. No Cameras to see who stole the car, a police car parked in front of... complex is empty just for show no one in the car. Apartment dirty when moved in. Refrigerator had to be replaced the next day it was stained with left over food all in the refrigerator. Wi-fi that comes with apartment always down. Can barely get a service in apartment. At this time my internet has been down a week. This year with this complex has been terrible. The pool has brown stains at bottom, always closed for some reason. Packages go missing. Leasing staff and maintenance staff super nice however they are caught in a rock and a hard place.
Do not waste your money. Plenty of nice places in Orlando for the same price.

Property is beautiful and the apartments are well put together, but good luck ever getting ahold of anybody at the office even during their "business hours." This includes maintenance calls, by the way. People parking illegally yet it never being taken care of. If you're handicapped- never seen anything done about the people parking in the designated handicapped spots. I feel very safe here. I had zero issues and the front office is very helpful and always have some type of food truck / give away going on and it is really nice. Parking has been 10/10 here so I lucked out. It is not loud nor do you hear any violence. I would feel safe bringing children here. Everything here is well kept and clean, thank you, as a resident..I truly do thank you all for a peace of mind and safe spot.
