I've been a resident for 4 years and I've seen so much transition throughout the years; however, the new team of Casa Mirella truly makes me feel like I am family and is doing their best to turn this property upwards! I've stopped by the leasing office to just grab coffee, and Daniel is always waving and making me feel welcomed! He has been contributing to the events and great energy into this community, and wouldn't mind staying another year!

My name Patrícia. I've been living in Mirella's house for 6 months
The apartment is big and the space is good. But it has very bad management, the maintenance doesn't solve the problem with the appliances and in addition the furniture is old and they don't change it even when necessary, the reception is always open and they never clean the hallways of the apartments and we have problems with the garbage because sometimes they don't take it out.

Ok but very pricey
I have lived here about 3 years and they are slowing pricing everyone out. Rent went up over 500 this year and now they are back dating water and sewer they haven’t been charging us. The apartments are ok small basic refrigerators. It is in a good location close to Disney. Basically it’s your typical apartment complex.

NO PARKING
The staff is great. But I worry about the gated community part. I work late nights and the gates are normally open. And the parking is non existent. I am one person and 1 car, couples have 2 cars and take up all the spots so I have to park far away from my door. But repairs and apartment maintenance are right away.

Excellent customer service
Maria and Brittanny are amazing. They are very professional, friendly and always go the extra mile to help you. I've been in this community for 2 years. The apartments are spacious and the environment is quiet.
