Living at the Whitney has been an exceptional experience. The building is clean well maintained, and the staff is always friendly and responsive. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it.

I've Lived at the Whitney the last several months now, and its been a great experience. The location is unbeatable-I'm able to walk to Clematis street, restaurants, the waterfront, and so many downtown events. The building is always clean and the amenities are well maintained.
The Management and maintenance teams have been friendly, responsive and professional whenever I have needed assistance. I also appreciate that the building feels secure, with controlled access and garage parking.
My... apartment is spacious with modern finishes and I love having a washer & dryer in the unit. If you are looking for downtown West Palm Beach living with convenience, great amenities, and an excellent location, I definitely recommend the Whitney!

This building recently flooded and there is significant water damage. The carpets are disgusting in the hallways and the paint peeled off the walls due to flooding. This is not the first time this has happened!! It is not uncommon to see the ceiling actiually "raining" due to plumbing issues. There are constant maitenence issues and there was no rent reduction despite living in disgusting conditions.

The new management here is great. They’re attentive, friendly, and do an excellent job! Mandy made my move in process so easy and the apartment was super clean. Amenities are top notch unlike anything I have ever seen. If there is a problem, management is quick to fix it. Overall a very nice place to live and close to everything in downtown West Palm Beach.
