Living at Melrose Apartments in West Palm Beach has been a positive experience. The location is central and makes it easy to get around the city. The apartments are well kept, and the community feels safe and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which makes day-to-day living smoother

I went to look at the apartments there, but they were full. The lady Kellys was very kind enough to take my name and number if something should come available and showed me around. The grounds were very tidy and the gym was nice. Also, the apartments have high ceilings which is a plus. The floor plan was accommodating for my family. Let's keep our fingers crossed someone leaves, but I am not sure why they would. Thank you Kelly's for speaking with us today.

Best apartment I ever lived at.Quiet Neighborhood.Great Price.Friendly Staff.Clean and Spacious apartment.perfect location with access to nearby shopping centers.No debate.Make The Melrose your home,Thanks Kellys and Ben to make it happen.

We just renewed our lease for the third time here at THE MELROSE I highly recommend it Kelys the office manager is very knowledgeable and take the time to answer all questions Maintenance is done on time it is a small community so I feel safe I know my neighbors and we all communicate with each other The interior of the apartments are very spacious with plenty of closet space I highly recommend THE MELROSE

I am now going to renew my lease for the third year. I am very happy here. Ben the maintains man is very good and comes right away to fix any problems and he has a good helper Logan his son. Kellys the manager is very good. The rent can be paid online. The apartments are nice. Everything is not cheap like most apartments. The bedrooms are a good size. The complaint I have is parking. Most time I get home from work early and I always get a space, my son may not because he works late. Kellys does... not bother me and I don't bother. If I call her there is no delay and it gets done. The neighbors are quite, I can't hear any noise because the windows are hurricane impact windows. The other thinks Bear Lake Middle is not that great, but it is free public education.
