Antony is the whole reason we leased
Antony was a massive help in helping us verify Griffis as the best place to land in our next chapter. He’s such a huge light in the community. You can’t meet a new resident without hearing someone singing his praises. He’s also been instrumental in ensuring we have all the answers and support we need while making sure we submit correct essential documents for our lease even when work has gotten in the way. We had an issue with the renters insurance and he literally called and modified the policy... so it covered everything and satisfied the building need to execute the lease. He is bar none the best leasing agent ever! He makes the community better. If you’re looking for a luxury downtown building with great finishes, ammenities, and great friends, look no further!

Wanted it to work but not the place for us and the kiddos :(
Beautiful building and genuinely walkable, but after 13 months with two kids we left and do not regret it for a second.
Fob required at every door inside the building. Kids lose them. Replacements are $175 each. Meanwhile the homeless outside still find ways in.
A child scratched my son at the pool. Parents shrugged it off. Management said cameras were not working. Nothing was done.
Nov through April the garage opens to public parking every Saturday for the farmers market. Strangers on... every level, arm gate only.
Clematis noise runs until 4am on weekends. Prisoner transport outside at 7:30am daily. None of this comes up during tours. Not a place where families look out for each other. There are better options nearby.

Our controlled-access system is designed to help manage... access and security throughout the building, and fobs are required in certain areas as part of that process. We recognize that replacement costs can be frustrating, and we appreciate the feedback.
We’re also sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the pool area and garage access. Resident and guest conduct in shared amenity spaces is important to us, and we encourage residents to report concerns to our team as they occur so we can review and address them appropriately. During nearby community events, our team works to balance resident access with building procedures, and we understand how increased activity in the area may impact the resident experience.
Because Griffis West Palm is located in a vibrant downtown area, residents may experience city activity, event traffic and parking on weekends, and noise. We do our best to communicate the benefits and considerations of downtown living during the leasing process.
