I moved to Avasa in July 2024 as a medical student and spend lots of time in my apartment and the Avasa common areas and love every second. Anthony was super helpful in helping my transition to Avasa and solves all of my problems all the time he is so kind and caring, I am so happy to have him here!

Absolutely beautiful grounds and great floorplans. I absolutely love the screened in patios. Courtney and Anthony in the leasing office were fantastic. Highly recommend.

In my 10+ plus years of renting apartments this is by far the worst one I’ve ever lived in. The walls are so paper thin that you hear people from every single direction. We work from home, and one of us actually lost our job due to the noise issues. I understand it’s an apartment, and noise happens but this is so bad it gets picked up on work calls. It’s a serious issue for us.

When we moved in we were dealing with the old management company. Since we’ve lived here the management changed,... and they actually may be worse. They are very very very rude. Old company wasn’t rude, they were just lazy. We’ve clearly stated several times we work from home but it doesn’t seem to matter to them. They have cleaning people come in at random times slamming stuff right above where we live.

At one point they had locks changed, and we were working at the time, and they were being so loud that we had to stop working until the remainder of the time they were here. They did all of this with 0 notice. They just sent an email stating they were changing locks but gave 0 time frame of when they were coming. They just showed up one day. Which once again conflicted our jobs.

We also had a broken washer, and the same thing happened as the Locks. They had to come back to our apartment 5 or 6 different times. Not one time was any of the timing communicated, so once again we had to stop working, so they could fix the washer. Putting our jobs back in jeopardy. I understand they have jobs to do as well but a little communication could have went a long way instead of making us put our jobs to the side. Our jobs pay our bills; and for this community to jeopardize us on multiple different occasions is very frustrating.

When they were showing the apartment above us the leasing agent showing the apartment was so loud slamming her heels down as if no one lived below that apartment. They have 0 respect for people that live here.

In my opinion looks can be very deceiving. We regret moving here totally. The lack of respect that these people show for people who live here is so distasteful. Read More
