Attentive staff
Girls in the front office are great, Amber and Erika. Had a plumbing issue after I moved in and it was resolved quickly. Overall happy.

No price gouging like the rest!
I lived at the Venetian for 4 years until my son took over my lease in 2021. I have seen this community grow tremendously, especially in the last 2 years. This year, when the rental market is despicable if you ask me, Venetian at Capri has always kept their loyal residents in mind and did not price gouge them out like some of my friends who have had $150+ renewal increases! A property who was once looked down at, now has incredible management. Thank you, Amber and her amazing team, they are... painting the property, making improvements, and putting on events which previous management did not. The people complaining are expecting a brand new property but want to pay bottom dollar. Not realistic. Thank you guys for all you do!

Overall happy
Been here a year. Staff is great and communicative. They are not like all these other properties that spike prices, for the location and amenities they are reasonable.

Location and price
I moved in 3 months ago and so far have had no issues. The girls in the front office are very sweet and accommodating. For the price and the area, you cannot beat it! If you are expecting a luxurious apartment, then these places are not for you.
