Ive been living here for almost a decade now and it is an honorable thing. The landlord showed compassion to me and accepted me when no one else would. She does a wonderful job and keeping this place safe. The apartments are clean and every time i need something done, it’s done RIGHT away. I want to really thank the landlord for her hard work and appreciation.

The property manager is a rude narcissist who wants to control everything that’s going on. There are residents who spy and report everything, making it feel like you’re constantly being watched. The manager is very unprofessional and will drive you crazy with constant demands and invasive behavior. The apartments themselves are outdated and old, with maintenance issues that are often ignored or poorly addressed. The overall living experience is stressful and unpleasant. I have lived at Hermitage Apartments for 10 years. It is a great place to live. Neighbors look out for each other and management has always been friendly and quick to fix any problems. Drama is not welcome and not tolerated. It is a great place to live!

Landlord is extremely rude and unprofessional. She allows neighbors to smoke weed, does nothing about termites and water damage everywhere. She only knows how to blame the tenant, rather than offering a solution.
