I've lived here for 2.5 years and other than having to go through the "Summerhill Shuffle", I've been very happy living here. It has been kind of noisy off and on during this time, but the construction activity appears to be in the final phase. Beau, the assistant manager is fantastic! He is super helpful and truly does care about the residents.

My husband and I have lived here a little over one year. It's quiet and the grounds are lovely. The apartment is quiet but the children's playground was turned into a dog park. That was unfortunate because our grandchildren visit occasionally and we liked the playground that was there. The pool is pretty and rarely crowded. We have had a few appliance problems but they have been fixed to our satisfaction. Summerhill apartments have a great family friendly atmosphere. The club house, and surrounding buildings are always maintained and kept extremely clean. The staff is wonderful and very helpful! It has a nice pool that is hardly ever crowded, a playground, a club house you can rent for an affordable price, and lakes for an outstanding view.
