I am a full-time Realtor specializing in the sale of residential property in Brevard County. My success in real estate can be attributed to my past work and personal experience. In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Florida, I am also a Registered Nurse. I worked at Cape Canaveral Hospital full time for over 28 years and “retired” in 2013. While at Cape Canaveral Hospital, I was the Nurse Manager of a Cardiac unit. Some of the awards I received while working as a nurse included Cape Canaveral Hospital Nurse of the Year, and several World Class Leader Awards. I watched my mother, Sandra New, become very successful in the real estate business for and always thought I would like to be a part of this exciting career. After retiring from the hospital, I obtained my real estate license and began working with her in 2014. She was an excellent mentor, and I am blessed to have been able to work with and learn from the very best. My husband, Jim, has retired after 35 years in law enforcement. He now has his real estate license and works with me. His goal is to branch out into commercial real estate, and he has already had several sales in this area. We make a great team!
