It looked so promising when I did the tour. They showed me a nice apartment that looked renovated and everything. The price they told me was decent enough too. Too bad what you actually get is nothing like it. Also the agent conveniently mistyped the actual rent by about 200$ a month. There are roaches everywhere. I found a ton of issues my first day ranging from a terrible mold smell to broken windows to a massive hole at the bottom of the door that you can fit your fingers through. I've called... at least 5 times and nothing has been done about any of the issues. Rent is way too high for how run down the place feels. Just to top it off, the laundromat they have here left all of my clothes wet too. I've only been here a month and I'm already so ready to leave.

Love it here so far
Just moved in this month. From the start of my apartment search this leasing office has been super informative and responsive. Being tied up with work unfortunately I had to sign my lease based on photos and Google reviews. Once I made it to Tampa to tour the Apartment it was everything I was looking for and more. Lamar M. the leasing agent is the best leasing agent I ever came across! Throughout this entire process, he’s been easily accessible and patient with my millions of questions making... him extremely helpful. He even went as far as connecting me with another resident selling a washer and dryer! I am very happy with my choice thus far and I’m excited for the events to come at my new home

Nice and quite
I've been living here for a little over a year now. So far my stay here has been peaceful. Maintanence is good. They always take care of my issues in a timely manner. I can't speak for everyone's experience here but only for my own. I know I can be a bit of a pain at times with my complaints but the office staff always comes though in the end. Thank you for being kind.

Great Apartments!!
Theses apartments are great. The layout is nice the room is spacious with a nice walk in closet. I love that the bathroom is located outside of the room so guests don't have to enter the bedroom. LaMar Moore was amazing! He went above and beyond to make me and my family feel at home. I would recommend these apartments to any and everyone.
