As a resident of Willow Brooke, I must express my profound disappointment with the leasing office's handling of maintenance issues and the overall neglect from the property management company.
Maintenance concerns are routinely met with delayed responses and insufficient resolutions, leading to persistent issues with faulty equipment and frequent AC malfunctions. The recurring sewer draining problems further exacerbate the situation, posing health risks and inconvenience to residents.
Attempts... to communicate these concerns with the management team have been met with neglect and indifference, both via email and phone. This disregard for residents' well-being and satisfaction is unacceptable.
Despite these challenges, I must commend Mr. Robert, the maintenance manager, for his dedication and professionalism in addressing maintenance issues. However, his efforts are undermined by the systemic neglect and indifference exhibited by the leasing office and property management.
In conclusion, my experience at Willow Brooke has been marred by subpar management practices and a concerning lack of concern for residents' welfare. Urgent improvements are needed to prioritize the needs and satisfaction of residents. Read More

Since moving into the complex back in 8/2021, I’ve seen 2 murders. One of an officer and one of a family. This is a high crime area. Apartment and vehicle break ins happen often. Parking lot is always flooded, pool and office are always closed. Gym and laundry room equipment is poorly maintained. For the price you pay, if you don’t mind sharing your apartment with roaches by all means have at it. But I would heavy reconsider exploring other options.

The building itself is old so it floods often (at least once a year). It is infested with roaches. I had to throw away my Xbox and coffee machine because the roaches destroyed them. They crawl on me while I sleep. It's been this way for years and pest control is not consistent. Sewage comes up in the yard and also in the laundry room. There are 10 washers for the entire complex and half of them are usually out of order. There are no washers or dryers inside the apartments. People steal your... clothes and comforters. The gym flooded and the floor wasn't replaced so it smells strongly of mold. The pool wasn't open all summer. There is trash everywhere. Any kind of outside decor you put out gets stolen. There were two unrelated murders last year that I know of. It's a high crime area. They claim utilities are included but then charge you $75 extra on top of the increase in rent every year so be prepared for your rent to go up about $100 every year. I have lived here less than two weeks and the amount of roaches I’ve seen in my apartment is atrocious. I was a little confused as pest control is included in rent, when speaking to the front office for information on the date pest control sprayed my apartment before moved in I was advised that they haven’t come out in awhile (no date provided) and they would start again sometime in January. When I asked for the amount paid for pest control to be credited towards my rent, they stated they will... only credit my account if I bought what pest control uses, and I do the job myself. I will do it myself since I’m not comfortable living with roaches, I do believe the charges paid for pest control should be covered that were included I with my move in fees as they did not advise me my apartment was not sprayed before move in.
