NOT GOOD PLACE TO LIVE

I have been here 5 years and main problem is front office manger NOT CARING ABOUT RESIDENTS OR LEASE VIOLATIONS. If you complain about a problem resident The unprofessional manager Rosana will disclose your information which causes tenant conflicts. Non residents are allowed to use grassy areas daily to play sports. Cuds. Vandalize property and Rosa says it's okay although lease says no. Heavy Rain will flood parking lot and first floor apts. NO on-site security and No recourse from front... office!! I have called police many times. Good Luck moving here I brought all issues to previous owner Nothing done, new owners may do better.

Do not rent here

The property manager is rude and unprofessional. She screams at tenants like the are children and does not manage rent payments properly.
