Imagine waking up to a baby roach crawling on your face. Not just ANY ROACH... ITS THE GERMAN roaches. Unfortunately that was a regular occurrence for me. When I moved in, dead and LIVE roaches were sprawled all around my apartment in every single spot you can think off. Management did not help. Oh, I forgot to mention the constant leaking... from the roof. I have never seen a ceiling swell up with water and almost look like its about to burst everywhere... oh wait I lied.. I have seen one... IN... MY APARTMENT. Maintenance was in and out everyday for 5 months and the problem still not fixed was driving me insane. Though they recently just gave us new shower head so I guess that cancels out every single negative thing about this apartment.

DONT RENT HERE Flooding and roaches
Living here is basically hell. There have been roaches, flooding, ants, all the while management is no help AND trying to raise the price.

Horrible living conditions
This place does not take care of its tenants and everything on property is disgusting and borderline unlivable. Don’t get tricked like I did.

Complete failure of management
Really disappointing experience living here. After 2 years, I’ve dealt with a bathtub literally caving in, unpainted walls, an apartment that was dirty and unhygienic at move-in, ant infestation, bad smell, and dumpster constantly overflowing.
The management is worse than the property itself. Communication is consistently terrible, promises are made for months and then completely disregarded, and there seems to be no care whatsoever for residents. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save... yourself the trouble and the blatant disrespect. DO NOT sign a lease here!!!
