No supervisan los apartamentos antes de entregarlos, te dan una fecha y resulta que ingresan en otra. Sin embargo los detalles que quedaron en solventarlos a medida que, ni yendo dos veces al día a la oficina hay resultados. Los de mantenimiento siempre están ocupados, full, no tienen tiempo, y siempre los ves haciendo nada. Y en la oficina no se dan la tarea de supervisar cómo es. La respuesta a que nunca saben nada porque el empleado les dice que ya han hecho el trabajo y atendieron la queja,... es decir que si ellos le dicen que ya lo hicieron ellos confían. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Worst management and living environment ever! No amount of money is worth living here!!! Unsafe for humans infested by roaches break ins shoot out and guess what If you don’t have proof it’s a break in you have to pay!!!

Do not care about their tenants or potentially tenants. Had us wait on an apartment for over a month WITH our deposit and admin fee.

Please don’t move to the park on waters!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. This complex is TRASH!! This is your warning. I got the “UPGRADE” apartment and it was not that at all. They put in a few appliances and fixed he cabinets and everything else was trash! Dirt would get into the apartment because they didn’t do the the baseboards correctly. They don’t fix anything and they use cheap stuff all around. I had to contact them multiple times to fix stuff and they don’t care! The... bathroom tub faucet had a bad leak for weeks and it took them almost 1 month and a half to address it after I called , left voicemails multiple times and went to the office. The unit above me had a flood and all of the water filtered into my apt which gave a leak in my apartment. They obviously didn’t care at all when I told them. The AC unit was filthy when I moved in. It would freeze and leak almost every other day and they didn’t care when I tried to put in work order. This is just a few problems that I had in 1 year and they have a nerve to increase the rent.
