I move to a new apartment every year due to some issue or another. This place will be the first to see me renew back to back. Staff is lovely and the community is quiet and clean. Many walking families will take a stroll in and out of the community.

Safety is the biggest highlight as I will routinely run at nights with my dog to the main road, and not feel unsafe in the slightest.

Renewed for another year, my 7th renewal. The community is beautiful, leasing staff if very attentive, maintenance crew are the best, always timely and go above and beyond. I would highly recommend The Oasis as your next home.

Moved in and was pleased. Things changed drastically due to the location. Pool chairs gone. Breezeway patio furniture gone. Curtains on the lounge chairs gone. 30+ calls to maintenance/police with disruptions and arrests at the pool. Management said it was up to us to police our own. Putting us in a very precocious situation.

Amazon packages are stolen.

We have lived here one month and absolutely love it! The staff is very friendly and helpful and the maintenance people are the best! Upon move-in the apartment was so clean it really was move-in ready!! The amenities are wonderful; we feel like we are on vacation when down at the pool area! We looked at so many apartment communities before we made our decision and we are so glad we chose Oasis. No need to look anywhere else if you want good neighbors, great service and awesome amenities!

Looks nice from the outside but doesn't actually have what's important when actually living here. Rude/inefficient management, way too much noise from all directions, and too high a price to have to deal with all this.
