Hard to handle roaches/silverfish. Unfinished flooring. For what is paid. Still not worth the money, unfortunate.

Warning to future residents and parents: Be aware that this complex does not care who they room you with or what condition the apartment is in. My daughter has had serious issues since moving into The Ivy.

She couldn’t move in on time because the previous resident left the apartment completely filthy and cluttered. The management did nothing to help or clean it — we had to clean the entire place ourselves and treat it for roaches.

Later, they moved in a new roommate without any notice —... someone who has been harassing my daughter daily. This roommate has destroyed her things in the kitchen, purposely leaves trash in front of her door, throws dishes and makes noise in the middle of the night (sometimes at 1 a.m.), leaves clumps of dog hair everywhere, and even steals her kitchen items.

Despite daily complaints to the on-site office and corporate (CLS Living), absolutely nothing has been done. The management and corporate are unresponsive and clearly don’t care about residents’ well-being or safety.

If you’re considering The Ivy — or CLS Living in general — think twice. They will take your money and completely ignore you after move-in.

TLDR: DO NOT LIVE HERE.

While not all of us at the ivy have had the same experience, i’ve had a pretty awful time living here, and my situation isn’t the worst i’ve heard. I don’t wanna write too much but I have many many roaches in my apartment. Mold has been an issue. Management is not helpful, anytime i ask for help i’m given the ivy email. Everytime ive emailed them ive not gotten a response. Although maintenance is fast, they dont know how to fix more complex problems (it took them 24... days to fix an ac leak that poured water into my bathroom) AND sometimes they leave the door unlocked which has led to items being stolen from my apartment. I would very strongly recommend to steer clear of ivy BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY. My personal recommendations are parkplace and station 42. Thank you Read More

Not ideal but decent if you need something now until something better comes along. I moved in not long ago (waitlisted for other apartments) under the impression I'd be living with one roommate who showed me the place. Cool... yeah no.

Well, AFTER I sign and pay for everything and start moving in (3 floors, no elevator, not disability friendly), I find out there are three other people, NONE OF WHICH were the roommate I met under the impression of sharing, and my anxiety hit the clouds. The... whole reason I moved here was to have relative quiet and minimal sharing with one other person after being in a toxic household with a relative. So much for a peaceful first start living away from a parent.

One average sized refrigerator is not even close to enough for four people sharing a kitchen. So you kind of have no choice but to keep little perishable food. Also ROACHES!!! Not happy with it, but it's just a meantime in between time. Tough it out for a year, save up, and live elsewhere. Read More
