I’m glad I ended up at the Fitzgerald as it stands out to me as the best spot in this area of Tampa to live. It’s close to Water St, regular downtown, the highway and has most of what you need walking distance away. The building is nice and clean with great floor plans as well.

The people that work at the Fitzgerald are very friendly and they take great pride at working here and it shows in every way! The Fitzgerald is very clean and offers everything you would want! Close to everything in DT Tampa! Excited to be a resident here!

Love The Fitzgerald!!
I moved into to The Fitzgerald when I relocated to Tampa a little over 2 months ago, and love it! The management/leasing team is wonderful; very friendly and attentive to residents’ needs. The property has great amenities and is in a fantastic, convenient location. Highly recommended!!
