I lived at Summit West for 8 months. I found out 8 of the units in the complex were used as a Sober living facility. They had a constant revolving door of people within the program. It had a lot of sketchy people, fighting and police called in some cases. I installed cameras and maintained my distance in this case. I then start finding roaches in my place that later became an infestation. I told the management, who in turn did come in spray, but it did nothing to stop the problem. I kept a very... clean unit and would not stay in the apartment due to they were everywhere. The complex just would say each week give it a week, which turned into 5 weeks and I was still seeing roaches. I was told to just be patient and they found the source, but made no effort to offer to relocate to a clean unit or relocating to another property. I am being charged early departure due to their incompetence, lack of response and ability to ensure quit enjoyment.

nice and clean environment
These apartments are nice and clean. The maintenance crew keep these villas looking fresh! Im satisfied living here...no upstairs neighbors is an A . I gave it 4 stars because the water bill is a little too much,but other than that Nice apartments!

Great first floor and dog friendly
I think this is a great apartment. There are no stairs and I can have my small dog here for a small fee. I have yet to hear any noise through the walls and I can fit my full size washer dryer in the utility room. I like how large the bedroom is compared to other apartments in the same price range. There are 2 pools and one of them is 8 feet! When I first moved in there was a roof leak which they fixed the very next day. Everyone here has been very nice. It is located on Fowler which can be... a little busy and the kitchen and bath and tile around the pool could use an update. For the price it is a great size and there is no one above or below you which is nice.

Suburb in the City
I have always loved peace and quiet when I am home. This place truly is a hidden gem. I've lived in Tampa for 9 years and this is by far the best place I have lived. I thoroughly enjoy not having someone living above me or below me. The neighbors are friendly. I am literally no more than 10 minutes away from work and the supermarket. Unlike previous apartments, I can see myself staying here for a long time...and I'm not an easy one to please. :)
