my kid enjoys the pool esp dealing with that Tampa heat all day.
We've been living here for a while now and my kid absolutely loves the pool. With the Tampa heat beating down all day, it's pretty much the highlight of our afternoons. The pool area is kept clean and it's never too crowded, so we can always grab a spot to cool off.

Fitness center keeps me sane after work.
After a long day, the fitness center here really does keep me sane. It’s well maintained, never too crowded, and has enough equipment to get a solid workout without waiting around.
