Very poor and disappointing service. We have to keep raising service requests repeatedly, but many issues are not addressed even after several months.

For example, the bridgeway light has not been working for the past 6 months, and there are many similar maintenance issues that remain unresolved. Even basic/common-area maintenance is not being handled properly.

There is no proper cleaning even at the time of lease renewal, and broken items are often not repaired or replaced. In some cases, we... simply have to live with the issue as it is because there is no effective follow-up or resolution.

The biggest problem is that residents have to keep complaining and following up repeatedly, while the issues continue for weeks or months. Some problems are also serious enough to cause significant inconvenience and frustration.

Overall, the maintenance response, service quality, and accountability are extremely poor. For the rent being paid, this level of service is unacceptable.

There is a really bad roach problem, roaches everywhere in the fridge on the walls, ceiling, bathroom . The laminate on the cabinets are peeling off it’s so old, the microwave is falling apart and the a/c never works properly, maintenance request have been put in and ignored, messages are never returned, do not move to this place, you’ve been warned!!!!!!

Roaches, roaches, roaches! I’ve lived here for two years and I can’t say that I’ve gone a month without seeing at least one roach or palmetto bug. The staff refuse to help or take any responsibility for it besides sending in pest control, which has barely made a difference. The complex is old, dirty, and barely taken care of besides lawn care in front of the buildings. I’ve never been so catfished when I compare the building where they have the model and the rest of the apartments. After years... of complaints from the residents, Portofino is only now updating and taking care of the property by repainting and cleaning the dark, chipped, and frankly sad looking breezeways. Overpriced. Don’t waste your money. They don’t respond or answer the phones most of the time.

Everything was great when looking and leasing and moving in. But if you have any sorts of problem definitely make sure you don’t get ahold on Kiyanah, her attitude is something else. Also very thin walls and horrible neighbors. They don’t deal with problems promptly you have to keep on them to get some help. Calls and emails takes a few times to get a response.
