Been living here for a couple years and it’s been great, office staff is extremely courteous and complex is well kept and maintenance is top notch.

I've lived here for almost a year and have no big complaints. The location's very conveniently close to stores and my job, and the new office staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance has responded quickly every time I put in a request, and while the buildings are a little on the older side they're still very liveable.

The property was recently purchased by a new company. The new office staff, namely Norma and Marisela gave me 5 star service while renewing my lease. Marisela is the property manager and is a huge improvement from the old property manager. Very pleasant to deal with, she goes above and beyond what I was expecting. Great asset to our community.

The running water is frequently turned off to the ENTIRE complex as pipes constantly burst. At least 2-3 times a month, for several hours at a time...often without notice. Very inconvenient to be without wall running water to shower, wash clothes or dishes etc.

It's an Older property (built in the 70s): older buildings, most stairs and railings are out of date, unsafe, and borderline dangerous.

The noise is a lot to deal with sometimes. The traffic noise, residents... arguing, playing loud music, or the loud bass from their cars is annoying.

Worst of all, the management here is very lazy and seem not to care much about resident concerns.
The ONLY redeeming quality is the maintenance team employed here. Very quick, friendly, and helpful guys.

It's not worth the price AT ALL. But they can get away with it because of the state of the housing market.
