I had the pleasure of touring with the assistant manager, Jasmyne and I must say she made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I was impressed that as an manager she was still excited and willing to tour, as that is not what I experienced at the properties near by.

My moving experience was Great thanks to Christopher he was very knowledgeable & patient with me. I’ve been here for about two months now loving my new place and Quentin is very good in the front office.

I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. Ever since the management change, things have gone downhill. For starters, the maintenance team and leasing manager are unresponsive, and the emergency contact number is completely useless. To make matters worse, my apartment has been without air conditioning for some time now, and despite living in the heat of Tampa, no one has come to fix it.

The lack of responsiveness and care is unacceptable, and I’m seriously considering not renewing my... lease. The rental cost is definitely not worth it. Additionally, events are frequently held on the tennis court, leaving the area dirty, and there’s no accountability for cleaning it up. Very nice staff and friendly. Neighbors are quiet and the neighborhood is safe. So close to shopping, entertainment and eateries. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner.

Nice Community with all facilities and supporting staff. Will always suggest to everyone. Include all facilities like Gym, swimming pool. Community with peaceful environment.
