NoHo Flats I and II is located in Tampa, FL in the 33606 zip code.
This complex only cares about their new building. They have advised residents not to park in the parking lot they have paid for and will then tow you if you park there. Received a $250 ticket after workers on site told me not to park in my designated area. There are regularly nails and construction materials in the parking lot and construction workers make no effort to clean them up. There are regularly massive semi trucks and fork lifts entering and exiting the parking lot and blocking the road... for up to 20 minutes at a time. You will never have a clean car here as the entire lot is covered with dust or cement. I would not live at this place again if rent was cut in half

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the towing polices. Our parking regulations are in place to ensure compliance and availability for residents. We will work closely with our construction vendors to ensure no loose debris... such as nails or screws are in roadways. We did want to mention we will be adding a parking garage under the new building to help accommodate the new and current residents. DO NOT MOVE HERE
I am going to start off with a warning: DO NOT MOVE HERE. I can give one star for prompt maintenance and for the location, but I am going to tell you why one star is all they deserve and may even be a little excessive.
It is unsafe to live here. The alluring promise of a gated community is a sham. There are gates. Our parking lot gate has been open virtually my entire time I lived there and continues to remain wide open. Cars have been vandalized. The gates to the building do not even work, so... why use our expensive key fobs right? You can just yank open the building gate door and you’re in.
The dishonesty from management. I was promised no fees for my application since I was a student. The manager (Luis who is no longer there) promised this with a smile while giving a tour. Sure, that made him look good. Next thing I know, I am paying the fee. He lied. On move-out, management issued an invoice that details an expensive inspection fee and fees for cleaning. One of my co-tenants overpaid and instead of getting a refund, the management company takes the money. We asked for the money that was left over. The management then tells us there were “damages” which were not listed on our invoice. We are talking about hundreds of dollars here. I have talked to numerous residents and they will tell you at the very least they never get their security deposit back upon move-out and are asked to pay exorbitant fees to clean/inspect their apartment at a minimum.
As for amenities, we got an email stating they’d close the pool for 150 days in the Summer. And the fitness room. Why? Because this management company doesn’t care about its current residents. After a lot of pushback, they finally agreed to close these spaces for a smaller period of time (but still for long enough to where you’d be scratching your head wondering which gym membership you should choose), and put up large barricades around where construction was happening. Moreover, because they have been constructing a new building, virtually everyone wakes up to an excavator and a crane at 7 am every morning.
Finally, the packages. Want to receive a package? Good luck finding it. You will be there all day sifting through piles and piles of disorganized and haphazardly placed packages. And when your package doesn’t make it to the mailroom, delivery people will sometimes leave it outside of the building for someone to steal.

Worst Renting Experience Ever
Noho Flats has been the single worst living experience that I’ve ever had.
This is mainly due to STYL which is the management company. They are unresponsive and have regularly closed many amenities around the building without giving appropriate notice or communicating to residents clear timelines.
The package room is disorganized making it difficult to locate your packages.
This building has zero safety as anyone can open doors around the facility or walk right in as the parking gates have... been left open for months due to construction. Cars have been vandalized.
The sounds of construction are present the majority of workday. This wakes residents up early and causes distractions for those of us who work from home.
There is trash left around the facility and cockroaches are very present throughout the buildings.
The move out process was very frustrating as we were charged an excessive amount in fees. When we questioned STYL about them we were given incomplete information that did not appear to be fully consistent with what was originally provided.

Noho Flats
One of the best and safest places near University of Tampa. Every week they have a different get togerher. The decor of the place is absolutely stunning. Must see. Pool is beautiful. The fitness center The game room Even has a barista for amazing coffee and teas. Daughter loves it here
