Great property with even a better staff of professionals. I recently moved in from out of state and had the pleasure of working with Olivia. She was very pleasant and helpful with answering my questions! She made a comment about how great the maintenance team was, and at first I thought it was funny, until I found a couple of items that needed attention during my move-in walk through. I turned in a maintenance request and within a few hours they were handling the issues which impressed me highly... . The items were fixed quickly and easily! Overall I’m impressed with the property and management team and maintenance team!

Worth it just for maintenance
It’s worth living here just because the maintenance crew is on top of it. Juan and Tony always respond quickly to all my concerns, they recently replaced a microwave and are very professional!

Maintenance is top notch here !
If you’re looking for a place that treats you like family and not just residents Luxe 1820 is the place for you!! The office makes sure you feel welcomed the day you move in & maintenance is always there with a click of a button to take care of any indoor needs. No job is too big or too small for Tony. He has personally made it his mission to help the residents have a safe home. Not only does he get to your service request quick , he also always says hi as he passes by if you’re outside. Luxe... is a place you can call home if you’re looking for a quiet & safe place for you and your family.

Wonderful maintenance crew
I highly recommend Luxe at 1820. The office staff is terrific, and the maintenance crew is absolutely stellar. The maintenance team always answers each service request promptly and resolves any issue. For example, just today, Jason helped to install a new ceiling fan in our living room and light kits in the ceiling fan in each of our two bedrooms. Jason always has such a caring, positive attitude and adds so much to this community!
