New owners - this lovely 32-unit complex has 2Br/1Bth apartments available and is close to all. There is a laundry facility on premises. Utilities are not included.

If I could give it negative stars I would . There's mold here that they refuse to admit to . I'm allergic to cat hair and they claimed to have "cleaned the apartment " before I moved in but when I brushed the carpet in handfull of cat hair came up. There was even the last tenants dishes in the sink!!!! I have boards all over my walls because rats keeps getting through . And management won't return ONE SINGLE CALL AFTER YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT !! cowards .

Me and my girlfriend have been renting at keystone courtyard for about a year. We've never had any major problems or overly negative experiences. The rental manager and maintenance guy have always been very kind and helpful towards us and treated us much like family.

decent place. Pet friendly is a plus and there is enough space for parking for tenants most of the time. TJ is a great manager and Greg is a very helpful maintenance person.

While the square footage is a good value for the money, and the renovated courtyard looks lovely, the majority of the tenants are frustrating and too often disrespectful.
I've had property damaged repeatedly, my car (unsuccessfully) broken into, and the noise problem is literally headache inducing.
While I feel for the overworked maintenance manager, he's just unable to get to repairs in a particularly timely or properly executed manner. The management really needs to bring additional staff on... to their team.
Evictions are a regular occurrence, and it feels unsettling.
With the right management and the right tenants, this COULD be a very reasonable community living space. It's just not there yet.
