the day I was supposed to sign my lease & get my keys they tried to give me a different lease with a different apt # and rent. when I told them it wasn’t mine they informed me they gave my apartment (the one i had already paid over $1800 in deposit and first months rent for) to their maintenance manager and assumed it would be okay. I was adamant about a first floor unit but ended up on the third because of it. I had one maintenance request filled the entire year of living there. It was a... nonstop construction zone from the day I moved in. I could never sleep in. I would get my car blocked in before I had to be at work. I woke up so many mornings with my water shut off without any notice. let’s not forget the person who would poop in the breezeway every Thursday for months. yes a human, not an animal. I have pictures if you don’t believe me. they would leave it sitting there all day after multiple complaints. I didn’t have working keys to any of the amenities for the first few months. I would hardly ever get a notice for anything but if I did, they would always do the work a week early or a week late. It would ALWAYS be a surprise to me when people had to enter my apartment. They also never came to fix my door so anytime they pressure washed a bleach mixture would spray all over my living room and dog. yes my dog. It’s supposed to be a smoke-free complex but any time I would walk my dog I would see Terri, the property manager, take her last puff and throw it in the drainage areas off of her golf cart. What I am trying to understand is how such a dump of a roach infested place can increase their prices that much. The nerve on this new management. The walls are not painted before you move in and the cabinets are termite ready. The bathroom is a complete mess and the carpets always have stains. When you call maintenance and they come to check it out they say these things are minor but you will be charged for it when you move out so beware. I have lived at this property for 13 years. The staff and maintenance personal are are always professional, friendly and ensure your needs are met. They take the time to listen and are taking measures to make this place a welcoming home environment.

Maintenance was prompt, in getting things fixed! Management is proactive in preventive measures to keep things clean & safe! Tina F
