Not worth the amount demanded
Once I paid the application and admin fees for the unit I wanted at my price range, magically it has some emergency maintenance that they cannot give me an estimate for when it will be complete and the only units available was significantly higher priced. Full move in costs are not given to you until the application, admin, and holding fees have been paid.

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!
If I could give ZERO stars I would and I’m not exaggerating!! This place is disgusting the roach infestation is unbearable no matter how clean or how many products you use IT DOES NOT STOP! And no one seems to care absolutely not the managers or staff !! They keep brushing it off like if I don’t pay rent every month. There’s roaches inside our plates on our bed and literally everywhere !

Gangs, drugs, guns, loud music, loud people.
Garbage everywhere. Roaches, mold spores and mushrooms coming out of the walls.
