Quisiera compartir con ustedes la satisfacción que siento al vivir en esta propiedad donde quisiera resaltar el buen trabajo de todo el equipo de mantenimiento y manager agradecerles por el buen trabajo trato y respuesta rápida a problemas y afectaciones en los apartamentos estas personas han sido capaces de hacer cambios notables en esta propiedad teniendo siempre en primer plano a los residentes y siempre pensando en nosotros y nuestra comodidad quería también comentarles q estamos muy... contentos de que Christina sea nuestra manager una persona excepcional como trabajadora vecina ella ha logrado cambiar esta propiedad en todos los aspectos además de haberlo logrado en el poco tiempo que lleva ejerciendo como manager ya se sienten y ven los cambios positivos que ha logrado hacer en conjunto con su equipo de mantenimiento creo q tenerla en carrollwood station ha sido lo mejor que le ha podido suceder a esta residencia muchas bendiciones para nuestra manager Christina y su equipo de trabajo esperemos más cambios en beneficio de nuestra propiedad y los exhorto a que sigan trabajando con la dedicación unidad y calidad que lo han echo hasta ahora.

Solid apartment
Love my water view in the morning on my patio. For the price it has everything i want. Location is great. Kinda hidden but can get anywhere in short time. New managers have been putting in work to improve this site. Overall one of the better apartments i have had in Tampa.

A place to call home
This is the perfect place to call home. The staff and maintenance are very helpful and professional.The fitness room has some nice equipment and is open 24/7. There's a nice size pool, tennis court and a racquetball court as well. Right in the middle of the complex you have a nice size body of water. The common areas are well maintained as well. The location is great. It's close to many restaurants,stores, movie theater,zoo,amusement park and not too far from the beach.

Exactly what we wanted
Didn't get a chance to visit before moving from Maryland but the leasing office was extremely helpful. The apartment was clean at move in and the grounds are gorgeous. Pool and fitness center is a bit small but maintained well. Some appliances are a bit old but maintenance has been great so far. Good location.
