No recomiendo que se muden en esta parte ,llevo más de 3 meses solicitando mantenimiento y nada , el personal muy irresponsable con su trabajo, a pero para la renta si quieren que sea uno puntual,

mold located everywhere in each cabinet kitchens bathroom in the air conditioner unit there is mold as well as the maintenance man will not fix anything all he wants to do is get you out before the inspection so that he's not responsible for the stuff that he allowed you to move in with never fixed the hood above my stove the drawers in my kitchen fell apart reported the situation to maintenance nothing was done about it the actual landlord does not care he allows the maintenance man to run... everything for both properties he really is noncoherent on the situations at hand but the neighborhood was pretty fine I thought it was going to be rough but those people are really nice and they like to come together and help you with situations had a couple of guys who lived up the street come in and try to tighten things in my sink so I wouldn't have so many leaks so it wouldn't cause additional mold few of the guys were able to assist me and patching up some holes in the walls that were I guess left from previous tenants but the maintenance man in the actual landlord suck Read More

Mold in the cabinet in the bathroom and the kitchen cabinets are Messed up I have kids Roaches and insects are taking over the apartment they were in here before I moved in spiders also please help God
