I’ve lived here for a couple months now, and while my unit is far from perfect, the experience has been amazing. Linda is the sweetest and made the whole moving process very easy, and on the two occasions I’ve needed maintenance to visit they’ve come within the hour both times. Not to mention the area has everything you need within walking distance! I love it here, would recommend.

Community has gone downhill since new management took over. The new company came in and increased rent a huge amount. I have no doubt they'll massively increase the rent again in the coming months.


Whenever there is a concern, management is extremely slow to respond and usually management or maintenance barely makes an effort to solve any concern. The grounds are regularly covered in days old dog poop, making areas smell awful. The management cares more about evicting or pricing out current... residents to renovate and flip units than it cares about actually taking care of the people already here.


Its a shame because with a lake view, pool, and dog park Beach Club apartments could be incredible. Unfortunately, management would rather squeeze every dollar out of the community than actual do their job maintaining it. Read More

Place is clean quite and well maintained feel good about living here keep it up beach club.

So far I have found my stay peaceful and relaxing.

I am impressed with how well the complex is maintained. My apartment is very nice and the staff is very helpful and courteous.
