This place has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and their communication skills are deplorable. If I could give zero stars I would, definitely DO NOT recommend.

This place has been a headache from the start. Prepare to have your AC bill be in the 400's in the summer because there was NO insulation on the top floor. Our Dryer vent was crushed because they built the laundry space too small so it was shutting off, that's a MAJOR fire hazzard. The bathrooms vents do not vent and have caused mold build up, the AC vents are covered in dust, the air quality is terrible. THE PARKING is horrendous. The apartment did not build enough spots per the amount of... apartment built. It first started with parking passes, towing anyone in an EV spot or anywhere else because theres NO WHERE to park. You could live in the first building and expect to park in the "vistor" lot which is over 800 yards away. When you pets or groceries, it's insane. Then it went from passes to paying for parking. PAY?! to part at the apartment complex that you already pay an insane amount of money for? This place is not luxury to say the least. They built these cheap and fast and put luxury in front of their name. Management does not reply to your emails when you have concerns. They also put up no dog pee or poop on the grass because they cant keep it alive. So WHERE are the dogs supposed to go? on the street?? Its ridiculous. That is a watering issue they need to address and take care of. That is not the residents to have their dog not pee on the grass. The exercise room is nice, but so so small. you have 4 people in there and its cramped tight. Also good luck getting a package, the package room is chaotic and so unorganized. This place is a month old, everything is brand new and high quality, location is amazing if you work at MacDill. Everything is high end, gym, welcome center, pool, I can guarantee you that management will get you right and be there when you need them. 11/10
