A standard lease term is 12 months.
After the initial term, the lease will convert to a month-to-month agreement unless a new annual lease is signed.

Property inspections will be conducted at least once per year, with a minimum of 24 hours' notice given to the tenant.
Tenants shall keeping the property and grounds clean and well-maintained. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be invoiced to tenants.
No payments are subject to move out.
