The first trip to Tallahassee, looking at the area for a starter home with my boyfriend. Shannon gave us the VIP tour!!! showed us what we originally came to look at, then showed us different options. Her personality was amazing too. She gave us answers to questions we did and did not ask. Even though we do not plan on moving for another year, it was nice to see what the area has to offer. If you are looking for a new place, make sure you go see Shannon!!!!!

Maintenance (Mr. Billy)
Mr. Billy truly embodies kindness and dedication within The Westcott community. My family and I are incredibly grateful for his exceptional service and genuine care. Every time I’ve had a work order and Mr. Billy was assigned to it, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was not only resolved but also done correctly.
What stands out most about Mr. Billy is his attention to detail and his commitment to following up. He doesn't just complete a task; he makes sure you’re satisfied and that... all your concerns are addressed. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and values the well-being of the residents.
The Westcott is lucky to have someone as hardworking and compassionate as Mr. Billy. He sets a standard of excellence that truly enhances our community. Thank you, Mr. Billy, for all that you do!

Extremely helpful
I typically don’t write reviews, however Bridgette & Shannon were so great during my entire move in process. I had several hiccups on my end but they were nothing but patient, supportive and understanding. The move in process was great and my apartment is even better. I am soo happy I made this choice to call here home.

Off to a great start! Praise & Thank you!
I just want to thank the staff, Bridgette, Devin and Leia, for a wonderful experience with our recent move to The Westcott. Everything has been impeccable and above our expectations! Your communication prior to and after move-in has been prompt, helpful, accurate and courteous. The condition of the apartment was better than expected - So pretty and clean with really nice finishes. Love the new plank flooring, all new appliances, and pretty, fresh paint. Nice light fixtures too. Great management... and service all the way around! Thanks again!

The appearance of... (Verified Renter)
The appearance of the place looks good, but some drawers and cabinets are misaligned or only half way on the roller guides so the drawer can only come out 25%. Overall I’m very satisfied with my choice living here.
